Oh the legends of Mugaritz, the influential restaurant in northern Spain that inspires pilgrimages amongst the foodies. There are tales about acolytes who journey there for a meal so sublime, they never go home again. Andoni Aduriz, one of the very creative chefs at Mugaritz, has been called a “genius” by Food and Wine Magazine, and “a cult figure among Europe’s young avant-garde Chefs.” Which makes it a pretty big deal when he publishes his first major cookbook, featuring 70 of his recipes.
