Paris and its pastries...Paris and its tarts. Its a tradition but on this trip I stumbled onto a lovely variation on the theme. Its japanese pastries or" patisseries japonaises". It bit into this creation and had an epiphany.

They look like little boats all lined up at a harbor or something. Very good image.
Paris and their boulangeries
Their pastries are indeed awesome, but what they have at some of these boulangeries...I was at this small boulangerie tucked away somewehere just nearby the Chanel boutique on Rue Royale and they had this delicious baguette with brie, lettuce, honey and walnuts just slighty toasted so that the honey and brie would melt into the baguette...I swear to God....
