SCOOP DU JOUR: SIMON FULLER NEW YORK MODEL MOGUL?

TI never thought the day would come but it looks like my esoteric, underground oriented mind is going to have to contend with pop culture megolith Simon Fuller as a player in the NYC modeling industry. Given that Fuller's 19 Entertainment now has a 51% controlling stake of Storm Models in London (home to Kate Moss, Jourdan Dunn and now David and Victoria Beckham, Annie Lennox and Will Young) it has been hissed to us that Mr Fuller is scanning the New York Market for "opportunities". If so, I shudder...that would represent a whole new ideal of management that could pose huge challenges for some established players in the trade. Stay tuned for more breaking news.
