James Rousseau/Next: PH Sebastian Faena for V Man #11

One of the best things about moving through this world of images with good looks is the fact that a striking face can be a passport through the many inter-connected rooms that make up the image trade. Modeling is one of those obvious passports to "Bigger Things", so I was very happy to see this big-up for James Rousseau in the current V Man. On my last spin through LA I saw Mr Rousseau at a party having very much acclimatized to that Southern Cali state of relaxed style. Miss Bosworth was in tow. The warmth between them was very real and TI thinks it is great that one of the most beautiful boys ever in the trade has grown up to be such a sturdy young man. I remember working with James as a stylist around 2000 and it was so sweet each time he would ask the photographer what kind of emotion or energy she wanted for the shot. I remembered thinking..."Ah, he'll go very far". Its not all casualties in the modeling biz now is it? I'd downloaded his album for sure.
